Se manifiesta de diferentes maneras y puede variar en gravedad, desde casos leves hasta formas m\u00e1s severas. Algunos de los s\u00edntomas comunes del autismo incluyen dificultades para comunicarse verbalmente o no verbalmente, dificultades en la interacci\u00f3n social, patrones de comportamiento repetitivos y restricci\u00f3n de intereses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El autismo se considera un trastorno del espectro autista (TEA) debido a la amplia gama de s\u00edntomas y la diversidad de formas en que puede manifestarse en las personas. Aunque se desconoce la causa exacta del autismo, se cree que hay una combinaci\u00f3n de factores gen\u00e9ticos y ambientales involucrados en su desarrollo.
